If you ask for a commission, you must pay the total price before I start doing it.​

Don't pay me until I have accepted the commission.

I only accept payment through Paypal or Kofi.

The artist reserves the right to reject the commission either for personal reasons or for bad customer behavior. If the customer breaks the rules or shows bad behavior (rude, inappropriate, or hateful behavior) during the commission process, the commission will be terminated and I will keep the payment​ for the inconvenience caused.

The artist reserves the right to decide whether to post the commission on their social media, and / or use it as professional portfolio content.

You can use your commission for personal use once it is finished. You can also share / post the commission with the condition of:

1. You must credit me as autor of the artwork.

2. You CAN make derivative works of the commission as long as it does NOT contain any negative, controversial and / or harmful connotations.

3. You can NOT remove or make the artist's signature invisible in any way.

4. You can NOT use the commission for commercial use. The rights of the artwork belongs to me.

Asking about the status of your commission is very welcome but don't be continuously insistent. The art takes time and depending on the complexity and the list of commissions that I have, it will take more or less to be made.

• Depending of the commissions there are 4 - 5 steps:​

  • Sketch​

  • Lineart

  • Flat Color

  • Shading

  • Background (if it's a complex backrgound)

Refunds are NOT allowed. Except:

1. If 6 months have passed and the commission has not started, everything paid will be returned.

2. If 6 months have passed and I had already started the commission, it will be refunded the amount of the payment in relation to the commission termination. Example: If the commission was left in sketch being a colored shaded final product without complex background, I will keep with ¼ of the payment, I mean, I'll only charge you for the sketch.

Special case: If you have paid for a commission and I lose your contact, either because you have changed your account without notifying me or you disappeared without notifying me, your commission will not be made and I will keep the payment. So notify me of any contact changes, it's YOUR responsibility.

Only 2 minor changes to the commission are accepted once it has been paid and before start to shading. From the 3rd change, 15% of the total commission price will be charged. Minor changes can be: change lightly the pose or expression of the character, some detail / element to remove or add in specific, etc.
